Lead teams and multiple projects independently from start to finish, on time and on quality.
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
Build a profile outside of the company, outreach, exhibitions, relationship building.
Build a culture of open communication, community, creativity, and productivity.
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
Contribute to building the future of the firm.

Potential skill sets
Skilled in design softwares.
Skilled in emerging media a huge plus.
Strong team management and mentoring skills.

Salary based on experience and skill sets.
